About CD Plates

CD Plates helps you identify diplomatic plates in seconds, understand who they belong to and keep a personal record of what you spot.

The main screen

Find a plate

Choose how you want to search, enter what you know and CD Plates will return the closest matching country or organisation.

Plate system

Choose the country whose diplomatic plate system you want to explore. Switzerland is selected by default.

Code or name

Switch between entering a diplomatic code and searching for a country or organisation by name.

Search

Enter the identifying digits from a plate, or type the country or organisation you are looking for.

Voice search

Tap the microphone to dictate a code or name when typing is inconvenient.

Game

Test how quickly you can recognise diplomatic codes and learn the plate system as you play.

Settings

Manage your profile, appearance, sounds, haptics, sightings, statistics, Plus access and support options.

Understand and save it
